In this role, you will join the M32 AI team to develop groundbreaking agentic AI tools for small businesses. Working directly with the C-suite, you will navigate the entire product journey, transforming complex market needs into seamless user experiences. This is an execution-heavy role for someone who loves the intensity of a startup and the challenge of building scalable systems from scratch.

Prototyping with AI

What sets this role apart is the focus on technical creativity. You are expected to 'vibe-code' functional prototypes to demonstrate new capabilities to your peers. By leveraging AI-assisted development tools, you’ll bridge the gap between product requirements and engineering reality. Key elements of your toolkit will include:

• Prompt-Driven Development: Using AI to build and test initial product concepts.
• Full-Stack Execution: Managing everything from SQL analytics to product marketing content and user onboarding.
• Modern Tech Integration: Utilizing platforms like Notion, Airtable, and Canva to maintain a high-velocity output.
